Director Naren Singh Nayak informed that the film has received the Best Film award at the Monza Film Fest in Italy and the Kolkata International Cult Film Festival. Apart from this, it was selected as a finalist at the New York International Film Awards (NYIFA) and the Orion Film Festival in Germany. On the same occasion, the film was also released on a YouTube channel. Naren Singh Nayak, who belongs to a small village in Shekhawati, said that the journey from the streets of his village to Hollywood was not easy, but his dreams and hard work brought him this far. 'The Relapse' raises questions about mental health and social evils, and he is happy that the audience has appreciated it. The film features seasoned actors like Shishir Sharma, Kashyap Harsh Shangari, Saloni Khanna, Kanishka Aggarwal, Richa Meena, and Deepanshi Parashar.
